Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Barberos, the online booking and barbershop management platform provided by InfoSoft Technology Inc.

Last updated: September 18, 2026

1. About Barberos

Barberos is operated by InfoSoft Technology Inc. ("InfoSoft", "we", "us" or "our"). Barberos provides technology for independent barbershops to manage appointments, teams, services, payments and customer communications.

A barbershop that opens a workspace is a "Shop". A person who books with a Shop is a "Client". The Shop, not InfoSoft, provides the barbering service and is responsible for its staff, availability, services, prices and customer experience.

2. Acceptance and accounts

By creating an account, using a Shop workspace, or making a booking through Barberos, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information and keep sign-in credentials secure.

  • Shop owners confirm that they are authorized to create and manage the Shop workspace and any claimed business listing.
  • Shop owners are responsible for activity under their account, for assigning access to their team, and for keeping client information accurate.
  • Clients may use public booking pages without creating a Barberos owner account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Eligible Shop workspaces receive a 14-day trial after a payment method is set up. Current plan prices are CA$39 per month or CA$390 per year, plus applicable taxes, unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout.

Billing is processed by Stripe. By starting a paid plan, the Shop authorizes recurring charges after the trial until the subscription is cancelled. The Shop can manage or cancel billing through the Barberos billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Bookings, deposits and shop services

A booking made through a Shop's public Barberos page is an arrangement between the Client and that Shop. The Shop is responsible for appointment availability, service quality, pricing, cancellations, no-shows, refunds and resolving service-related concerns.

Where a Shop enables online deposits, payment processing is provided through Stripe and the Shop's connected payment account. Barberos does not provide barbering services and is not responsible for a Shop's performance or its own cancellation rules.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Barberos unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful code.
  • Do not use the platform to send spam, misleading messages, or communications without the permissions required by law.
  • Do not submit another business's information or claim a listing unless you are authorized to manage it.

6. Ownership

Barberos, its software, design, branding, content and related intellectual property are owned by InfoSoft Technology Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. Service availability and liability

We work to keep Barberos available and secure, but the service may be changed, maintained, interrupted or unavailable from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barberos is provided on an "as available" basis and InfoSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
